- 1995 — Lee Contracting Is Incorporated and Moves to Pontiac, MI with 10 Employees
- 1999 — Foundation Division Added
- 2000 — Pipefitting Division Added
- 2004 — Rigging Division Added
- 2006 — HVAC Division Added
- 2010 — Fabrication Division Added
- 2012 — Controls and Robotics Division Added
- 2013 — Transportation Services Expanded
